Chair-ish-outdoor.com shipping policy is as follows: All orders processed and received we will ship within three business days. (M-F excluding major holidays) Standard shipping time frame is, 3-day ground shipping (least expensive) as a default at checkout. You may choose sooner options (Next Day) at the prices shown in checkout per your preference. Once shipped, lost, stolen, damaged shipments fall under USPS, or FedEx or UPS guidelines for protection and claims. All shipments may be received up to 10 pm on business days (M-S excluding major holidays or unforeseen supply chain delays).
Chair-ish-outdoor.com, utilizes USPS, FedEx or UPS and any designated 3rd party for shipping all products. Initial rates will be visible upon check-out. Additional shipping options and rates will be available upon check-out. Chair-ish-outdoor.com utilizes extended UPS shipping policies for contiguous U.S. shipments. Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and any differences in “sooner” shipping options selected at check out.
Changes to shipping are as follows, you must make any changes about Delivery Day, Delivery Address, Phone # or E-Mail notification changes or to the actual order itself by telephone to (208-305-2376) 48 hours PRIOR to the delivery date and must be confirmed by us back to you. Please leave a voice message if no answer. An additional delivery charges may apply if process is not adhered to.
Shipping damage of any type can be processed through the button below and proceed to the carrier’s claim’s process. Chair-ish-Outdoor.com is not liable for any shipping, lost or stolen damage once your order is picked up by the carrier for shipment.
