Return & Refunds

RETURN POLICY. Product returns of items purchased online are permitted within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your cart/order at check out. Refunds will include purchase price plus tax for the merchandise ordered minus any applicable re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Re-stocking fee of $199.00 will be subtracted from any refund balance prior to the refund being issued. If you chose Doorway Delivery and a return is made the re-stocking fee of $199 applies the same. To initiate a return, please contact 208-305-2376, and they will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.
Any refunds processed for “Return” may take up to 10 business days to show on your statement depending on the financial intuition/card used for purchase. All product items including the original packaging must be received by Chair-ish-Outdoor.com prior to any refunds being processed minus any fees. To initiate a return, please contact 208-305-2376, and they will provide instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY. Online sales may be cancelled three days prior to the delivery date shown in your cart/order at check out. Express/Next Day Delivery orders are not eligible for cancellation. Any orders already processed for shipment cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. See “Return” Policy.

EXCHANGE POLICY. Product exchange of items purchased online are permitted within 48 hours of the delivery date shown on your cart/order at check out. In any event a manufactured defective product may be returned for an even exchange. All parts, product and original packaging must be returned and received by Chair-ish-Outdoor.com prior to shipment of any replacement product(s). No partial exchanges are allowed. To initiate an exchange, please contact 208-305-2376, and they will provide instructions for exchanging your merchandise.
Please note that the exchange process is for an exact dollar for dollar amount. Any product(s) and or shipping costs higher than the original amount the buyer is responsible to pay the difference.

SHOWROOM Sales. For purchases made in a showroom all sales are final, and no refunds are available. All purchases for Door Delivery cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered. All purchases for Door Delivery with “assembly” are ineligible for refunds. If you return product(s) within 48 hours of the date of your Door Delivery, 20% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund excluding tax, providing all product(s) and original packaging are returned in good standing. Chair-ish-Outdoor.com reserves the right deny acceptance of any Showroom Sales returns under this policy.

WARRANY Information. No product warranty is expressed or implied by Chair-ish-Outdoor.com. We reserve the right to supply missing hardware subject to availability or manufactured defective parts after return shipment of defective parts was received in good standing. Buyer understands that replacement parts are subject to color and style availability only. All products are produced and manufactured in batches. NO exact match guaranteed is offered for parts. Shipping damage of any type can be processed through the button below and proceed to the carrier’s claim’s process. Chair-ish-Outdoor.com is not liable for any shipping, lost or stolen damage once your order is picked up by the carrier for shipment.
